This was my second Reflexology session with Nikki and I will definitely be booking again very soon!
I was met with wonderful aromas and calming music in a beautiful therapy room. Nikki is so professional but kind and friendly throughout, chatting happily about everyday things to find out about you and your life, and really putting you at ease. The treatment was amazing! I felt so comfortable, chilled and relaxed watching the Northern Lights drift across the ceiling, I could easily have fallen asleep!

I made a comment on a live about being terrified of flying and a few people suggested trying Bach Flower, I gave it ago and wow best flight ever! I still had a bit of that nervous tummy feeling in the airport but nowhere like normal and on the plane with the turbulence I was super chilled between this little bottle of magic and a mindset of "this is perfectly normal"

Bach Flower Remedies where completely new to me. I didn't know what they were or what they did. After hearing Nikki's introduction I knew I had to book in a consultation. I had mine over Zoom, so was able to wear my comfies and get in a nice, comfortable space. Nikki was so warm and welcoming from the start and really created a space where I was able to open up and go through all the things I was struggling and would like some support with. I never felt like there was any judgement from Nikki and she really listened and took note of everything I was saying. We eventually was able to pin point the key areas I needed support with and was able to put together my perfect blend to help with my overwhelm, racing brain, frustration among other things. I started using my blend the day it arrived, 4 drops, 4 times a day. I wasn't sure at first if it was working or if I just was naturally feeling a lot more balanced, but one day I completely forget to take my blend and all the overwhelm and racing thoughts came flooding back. That's when I knew this really is helping me. It's such a small investment for such massive gains. I've just received my 2nd bottle of the same blend as for now this is supporting in the areas I need, but if those needs change I won't hesitate booking in for another consultation.

Nicola was really welcoming, and easy to talk to. The space is so relaxing I walked into the smell of essential oils, low lighting and relaxing music and felt instantly at ease. The whole session was so informative and relaxing, Nicola really knows what she's talking about!
I would and have already recommended to friends for a really lovely, relaxing and immersive experience. I woke up still feeling the effects and booked another session straight away.

I was so lucky to be introduced to the life changing Bach Flower by the wonderful Nikki.
Not only is Nikki extremely knowledgeable but also very understanding and empathetic; I came to Nikki to discuss grief and negative feelings of self. Nikki provided a safe space where I could be open and transparent about my feelings.
I felt empowered throughout the process and that the flowers were my own choice, but I was still guided and supported throughout.
I fully recommend this service and can't wait to book in again soon.

Having a very stressful 12 months with moving and other personal issues, Nikki talked through what I wanted to achieve and explained every element of the blend she made for me.
