Hello, I'm Nicola, my journey with Star Therap-ease started over 25 years ago, I have always loved the simple but powerful way nature works to support us, emotionally and physically. This led to the desire to help others reduce their stresses and re-find their calm and inner balance with the best and simplest paths for relaxation and healing.
Star Therap-ease was created in 2008, believing in providing a personalised and natural approach to your wellbeing and health, with use of holistic therapies such as crystals, bach flowers or body therapies to feel empowered, balanced and make positive changes in your lives.
We embrace the uniqueness of each individual, wanting to support you from inside out, to help you learn and grow and find what’s right for your own personalised self care, whether that's from nutritional and hormone health advice to a unique and rare crystal, a gentle bespoke flower remedies, or to tailoring a blissful treatment to address specific needs.
In 2013 my interest from anatomy and physiology naturally grew into body health and fitness, I spent the next 4 years learning myself as much as I possible could to then complete my personal training and nutritional advisor qualification in 2018 and being able to focus on guidance for women's resistance training, as my learning finished i decided to take this one step further and understand professional body building myself so i understand all aspects of body composition and training. I competed on stage 3 times during 2018 and and 2019 reach silver stand twice. Of course covid then hit...
So in early 2020, the pandemic hit and we had to take a detour to accommodate not being able to see wonderful face to face clients, I built and focused my growth on an online platform based on spiritual decor whilst we where stuck in our homes, this grew with extreme speed into a successful crystal and crystal jewellery company in 2020 called ' Star Crystal Gems', but slowly whilst running SCG this gave me time to add more skills and more knowledge in the back ground to qualify as an Bach Flower Registered Practitioner, BFRP, with the Bach Centre in Feb 2025. Bach Flower Remedies became a guiding light, leading me towards more balance, real positivity, whilst grounding me to give me the strength to reset up in my new home, my brand new therapy room in Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich and to re-welcome face to face therapy clients. And in 2026 I graduated as Peri/Menopause Specialist whilst spending the last 2 years researching analysing hormones and gut health related to immunologist disorders and also specific interest in EDS, Nervous System support and MCAS help.
I am over the moon to announce, combining all my skills meant that I renamed my business back to my Star Therap-ease, when I started seeing wonderful customers again, from feb 2025 - offering Reflexology and Bach Flower Consultations both in person and a bonus with online consults too ! I can now also offer nutritional, dietary, exercise, hormone and women health advise and guidance to cover all bases to get you feeling like you again!
Watch this space for - as I hope to be ever adding more therapies to the list soon…. and forever expanding and growing Star Therap-ease in the right directions to support you in as many ways as I can.
