I booked in a 1 to 1 session with Nikki, after a difficult Summer holiday. She was so informative on the Bach Remedies. I had only really used the Rescue Remedy in the past and Nikki explained the optimal uses of that and what the difference is between that and what she would be doing. Nikki provided a safe space to laugh, cry and be honest about everything. She was then able to create a unique blend just for me 🤩
I have already been feeling some of the benefits (falling asleep faster than I have in a long time) and I am looking forward to the long term benefits too.

Ive taken rescue remedy before but that was my only experience with Bach flower remedies before Nikki introduced them to me. I know I wanted to book a consultation immediately after she explained them as I have always been interested in alternative therapies and have really focused on improving my mental health this year. I was concerned about a video call but Nikki completely put my mind at ease and our hour conversation was easy and so helpful, and by the end we had narrowed it down to what I really needed help with, I got my blend and started taking the minimum and i thought it may be helping but it wasn't until I ran out and had a few days without out that I saw what a huge difference it was now making. The anxiety sitting in my chest, the racing thoughts everything came screaming back. That was in march and I take it every single day without fail now, I couldn't be without it and Nikki has even gotten a bottle to me in 24hrs once because I knew I couldn't be without, it's my anxiety so much easier to deal with, I can't thank Nikki enough for introducing this to me and her knowledge in curating the perfect blend for me.

This was my second Reflexology session with Nikki and I will definitely be booking again very soon!
I was met with wonderful aromas and calming music in a beautiful therapy room. Nikki is so professional but kind and friendly throughout, chatting happily about everyday things to find out about you and your life, and really putting you at ease. The treatment was amazing! I felt so comfortable, chilled and relaxed watching the Northern Lights drift across the ceiling, I could easily have fallen asleep!

I made a comment on a live about being terrified of flying and a few people suggested trying Bach Flower, I gave it ago and wow best flight ever! I still had a bit of that nervous tummy feeling in the airport but nowhere like normal and on the plane with the turbulence I was super chilled between this little bottle of magic and a mindset of "this is perfectly normal"
