This specific gentle, handmade blend has been created by myself to help for those times when you feel out of balance, overwhelmed, frustrated, snappy, tired or emotionally unsettled, struggling with changes and busy minds and/or difficulties sleeping and accepting or disliking our bodies in a difficult time.

Bach flowers are safe to take with all medications - but should never replace any medications prescribed to yourself. Ensure 4 min doses used daily to make the most of your remedy. Keep out of sunlight.
