A Handmade Bach Flower Remedy Mix

To provide gentle comfort and support in time of change - sometimes life throws challenges, curve balls or changes that we find difficult - this may lead to feelings of discomfort and despair, it might be loss of a loved one, a job, a life style, a relationship.. any type of loss - we maybe grieve for. 

But This specific gentle, handmade blend has been created by myself to help for those times - you may feel lonely, sad, overwhelmed, unbalanced or emotionally unsettled, struggling with adaption or to come to terms with changes. You might have a busy racing mind, that might make sleeping difficult or you might be dealing with PTS or trauma from the changes.

This easy to use blend is here to support you at a really difficult time, and this holistic blend is all to help your body, your mind and soul find some gentle balance and try to ‘be the best version of you’.

Bach flowers are safe to take with all medications - but should never replace any medications prescribed to yourself. Ensure 4 min doses used daily to make the most of your remedy. Keep out of sunlight.
